About Me
I’m Alexandra Main, a postnatal exercise corrective specialist, personal trainer, and sports massage therapist with over 15 years of experience helping women rebuild strength, confidence, and endurance so they can run without leaks, pain, or limits.
I’ve worked with elite athletes on the world stage as the head coach for the Ghanaian Paralympic Team at the London 2012 Paralympic Games—but some of my most meaningful work has been helping women get back to running stronger and more confident than ever.
Let me be clear: Leaks, heaviness, and discomfort while running are common—but they are NOT normal. More importantly, they are fixable.
Too many women are told to just accept pelvic floor issues, stop running, or “just do kegels”—but that’s not the answer.
I’ve spent years helping women of all ages—whether postpartum, post-injury, or navigating menopause—build strength, absorb impact, and run pain-free with a smarter approach.
This program blends corrective exercises, strength training, breathwork, and self-massage to create a resilient, functional pelvic floor that works with you, not against you.
MY MISSION
Too many women give up running because they don’t have the right support. I want to change that.

My mission is to help 1 million women run strong again—leak-free, pain-free, and with confidence.
