About Alexandra
I’m Alexandra Main, a postnatal exercise corrective specialist, personal trainer, and sports massage therapist with over 15 years of experience helping women rebuild strength, confidence, and endurance so they can run without leaks, pain, or limits.
I’ve worked with elite athletes on the world stage as the head coach for the Ghanaian Paralympic Team at the London 2012 Paralympic Games—but some of my most meaningful work has been helping women get back to running stronger and more confident than ever.
After working with hundreds of women—postpartum, post-injury, peri- and post-menopause—I kept hearing the same thing:
“My hips ache.”
“Running doesn’t feel the same.”
“I was told to stop or just do kegels.”
These women weren’t broken. They just needed a better approach.
Pelvic Floor Strength for Running brings together everything most programs miss: breath, pressure, posture, strength, and pelvic floor connection.
It’s the same method I’ve used to help women—from new mums to 71-year-olds running marathons—reclaim their bodies and return to running without fear, leaks, or pain.
This program was created to make that transformation accessible, affordable, and possible for every woman—no matter her story.

Too many women give up running because they don’t have the right support. I want to change that.

My mission is to help 1 million women run strong again—leak-free, pain-free, and with confidence.
I’ve helped thousands of women regain control of their bodies, eliminate discomfort, and return to the runs they love.
